End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Nucax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the application on devices you own or control
• Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features according to your subscription level (Free or Premium)

2. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the application
• Use the application to develop competing products
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the application

3. Intellectual Property

The application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nucax and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The Nucax name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Nucax
• AI-generated content is created for your personal use
• You retain ownership of your original content

5. AI Services Disclaimer

• AI analyses may contain inaccuracies or errors
• Results should not be used for critical decisions
• Consult qualified professionals for professional concerns
• We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
