Two five-page website quotes can describe very different projects. One may assume finished copy and a standard layout; another may include a bilingual product catalogue and a quotation workflow. At Nucax, a Bursa-based independent digital studio, we use the first conversation to make those differences explicit.
Prepare a short project brief
A manufacturer may need technical product information and quote requests. A consultant may need evidence of expertise and a meeting enquiry. Start with the action a visitor should complete, then list:
- The audience and purpose of the website.
- Required pages, products and service groups.
- Available copy, photography and brand assets.
- Languages and responsibility for translation.
- Where enquiries should arrive and which systems need connecting.
- Any genuine deadline that affects launch.
Unfinished content does not prevent a first conversation, but its preparation needs an owner and a place in the schedule. Our project enquiry form helps start that discussion.
What changes the price?
Custom design, content preparation, languages, a CMS, integrations and testing all affect scope. Displaying a product is a different job from connecting it to stock or quoting software. A price without an agreed scope is therefore not a reliable project budget.
Compare design and development, content and translation, domain and hosting, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing maintenance separately. A development fee does not automatically cover every renewal. Ask which accounts you will pay directly and which services are included in support.
Check more than the homepage at handover
Use the menu and form on a phone. Check invalid inputs, a failed submission and the success message. Each language needs its own address and page title. Switching languages should preserve the subject of the page.
Agree ownership of the domain, hosting, source code and analytics accounts before work starts. Request administration access and practical handover notes. Establish whether your team can change content without a developer, and whether that capability is actually needed for your publishing frequency.
What does a Bursa-based partner offer?
Local context can help with sector language and customer expectations. Being in the same city is not proof of quality by itself. Evaluate working examples, communication and responsibility for delivery. Read about Nucax’s approach before deciding whether it fits your project.
Include search readiness in the scope
Page titles, crawlable links, a sitemap and mobile usability belong in launch planning. Ask for specific checks instead of guaranteed rankings. After launch, Search Console indexing and query data can be reviewed alongside actual enquiries.
